This Privacy Policy applies to the Gymunity application (hereby referred to as the "Application") for mobile devices, created by Gymunity (hereby referred to as the "Service Provider"). The Application is provided as a Free service and is intended for use "AS IS". This page is used to inform visitors regarding our policies with the collection, use, and disclosure of Personal Information if anyone decided to use our Service.

2. Information Collection and Use

To provide you with a better experience while using our Application, we may require you to provide us with certain personally identifiable information, including but not limited to your Name and Email address. The information that we request will be retained by us and used as described in this privacy policy.

The Application also automatically collects certain information when you download and use it, which may include:

• Your device's Internet Protocol (IP) address.
• The operating system you use on your mobile device.
• The pages and features of the Application that you visit.
• The time and date of your visit, and the time spent on those pages.

Note on Location and AI: The Application does not gather precise information about the location of your mobile device, nor does it use Artificial Intelligence (AI) technologies to process your data or provide features.

• AdMob: Used to provide targeted advertising within the free version of the Application.

The Service Provider may disclose User Provided and Automatically Collected Information:

5. Opt-Out Rights and Data Deletion

You can stop all collection of information by the Application easily by uninstalling it using the standard uninstall processes available on your mobile device.

Data Retention Policy: The Service Provider will retain User Provided data for as long as you use the Application and for a reasonable time thereafter. If you would like us to delete User Provided Data that you have provided via the Application, please contact us at support@gymunity.app, and we will process your deletion request in a reasonable time.

6. Children’s Privacy

The Application does not address anyone under the age of 13. The Service Provider does not knowingly collect or solicit personally identifiable information from children under 13 years of age. In the case we discover that a child under 13 has provided personal information, we will immediately delete this from our servers. If you are a parent or guardian and you are aware that your child has provided us with personal information, please contact us so that necessary actions can be taken.

We value your trust in providing us with your Personal Information, and we are concerned about safeguarding its confidentiality. We provide physical, electronic, and procedural safeguards to protect the information we process and maintain.
